Just something you might consider … it just might be of benefit to your company in another way … good will! The Costco purchased gift cards can definitely be used and there is a space at checkout to put them in.

As long as you stay on the program for at least two months, you should be able to cancel without paying any type of penalty if you need to cancel after month 1 I mention one way to avoid the penalty in the review above , and customer service has always been very easy to deal with when I have needed to call them.

Does anyone offer three or four shipments monthly? If you get the Basic plan none of the foods are frozen, so that may be another option you could consider. This part is easy. There are tons of Keto Calculators out there to help you determine what your numbers need to be. I personally really like the simplicity of this Keto Calculator to determine my own diet numbers.

This calculator will help you determine your macronutrients and how much of what you should be eating every day! Macronutrients are nutrients that provide energy for your body and each body is different. Protein is always a target goal. Try hard to meet that target but not go over on the amount. Carbs are a limit. Use fat as a lever. Eat enough fat until you are full. This is an excellent book to start out with if you want to read in more detail exactly how this diet works and meal plans for a full 30 days are included.

This is the only book that I have found that goes into detail about how much you should consume if you are trying to lose weight.

She states the typical numbers for weight maintenance and ketosis is a percent ratio but if you are trying to lose weight she suggests sticking to a 20 grams or less in carb intake while keeping your protein intake at a moderate level of about 50 to 75 grams a day to achieve ketosis, a state in which your body will use stored fat for fuel.

Which is exactly what you want for weight loss. Then eat fat until you are full or until you reach your calories for the day whichever comes first.

I tend to also mix a few frozen blueberries or frozen strawberries with heavy cream if I need to up my fat numbers for the day.

Mix those ingredients together and it tastes just like ice cream! Another way to help up your fat numbers for the day is to have what they call fat bombs. We made some of our own fat bombs but I prefer to call them sugar free chocolate candy hearts because it sounds much more pleasing than fat bombs. These are just a few ideas to help get you started. I lost 15 pounds the first month and have been following it to a T. The food tastes fine and it is very easy to just grab something pop it in the microwave if necessary and go.

I have been using My Fitness Pal to track my food and am eating about calories a day. The first week was really tough and I had a hard time, but I stuck to it. Now I m satisfied and use to it. Planning on finishing up the second month and then on the 3rd month working in more home cooked meals and tracking to stay at the same calorie level. Then will switch over to the auto ship of Turbo shakes for my 4th month.

My goal was to loose 30 lbs. At the end of the 8 weeks I had lost only 3 lbs. We did not care for the cardboard like food and did not get anywhere close to our goals. This program obviously works for lots of folks, but not for us. We did go to the Naturally Slim program and in 8 weeks I lost Naturally Slim is based on not what you eat but when and how you eat and you eat your own real food and got real results.

We will stay with our new habits learned with Naturally Slim and will not have any good words from our Nutrisystem experience.

Just to be safe you may want to talk to a Nutrisystem counselor, and they can let you know for sure. The biggest issue would probably be the calorie count of your shake vs. Best of luck with your two weeks.
