It takes so much of time and dedication, because you have to prepare a menu, shop for groceries, prepare the food, and then finally stick to it. You can get that from vegetables, whole grains, fruits -- any plant food will have fiber. I just wanted to say that this post is awesome, well written and lots of useful Nutrisystem info. As someone who has lost more than 30 pounds using the Nutrisystem program, I can tell you that it absolutely works. Hi John — thanks for sharing your experience. I always add extra veggies to my greens and have found the only thing you really need to watch out for is the salad dressing. Plenty of helpful information here.
I've been throwing out a lot of my food because I physically feel like I cannot eat that much, and if I do eat too much then I don't feel so good. However, I'm learning to keep all my meals small and frequent (just like I should have been doing all along!). I plan to definitely buy this product again, I really love it and finally, I've successfully changed my eating lifestyle.
