Thanks, glad it helped! I have only lost 3 lbs. All of this is complemented by a few grocery purchases, including fresh fruits and vegetables. Today my wife came home with a cookie for my son she bought at Starbucks. My co-worker is using Jenny Craig but it was just to cost prohibitive for me.
